We remain as kind and patient as ever. If something tricky requires your participation, we will gladly video conference with you and walk you through the process. Don’t forget pants.
*iPhone repair*
We know your phone is essential not only to your work, but your family and your livelihood.  Many of us no longer have a landline, and rely on our mobile phones to access essential services, stay in touch with our family, and receive updates about our community.  If it is broken, we will fix it or help you replace it.  If you rely on another device for essential telecommunication, let us know and we will see what we can do. 
*Critical physical repair of all devices is available at our shop for essential services, and those who are working from home*
We appreciate how important it is that we all do the best we can to ensure the health of our community.  We trust you to use your best judgement in employing our services.  We will be using our best judgement to adhere to the <Order to Self-Isolate>.
If your devices require critical physical repair (any repair process requiring the physical presence of the device at our shop), please schedule an appointment to make a drop-off. Our door will be locked, but we will wave through the window and pick up your devices after you leave. Payment is due upon completion of services.
We advise against updating your operating system and major software suites at this time.  If it is stable, let it be.
*Drop off procedures* 
You must sanitize your device(s) before dropping them off for service.

We will take the same steps ourselves upon receipt and return, and encourage you to repeat the procedure yourself.
Please adhere strictly to your scheduled drop off and pick up time. The schedule ensures that you will maintain the mandated isolation. As an added precaution, please announce yourself as you make your way up and down the stairs.
